Opportunity:Human Resource (HR) Administrator

Northramp is seeking a responsive, reliable, and detailed oriented Human Resources Manager to support a wide range of the firm’s ‘People Operations’ activities. Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Managing payroll processes including working with payroll vendor to coordinate and execute ongoing processes and address issues as they arise
  2. Managing benefits information and related processes including working with management and vendors to execute ongoing processes and address issues as they arise
  3. Managing recruiting and on-boarding processes including working with account leaders and recruiters to facilitate identification and screening of candidates, coordinating interviews, and executing related processes
  4. Performing staff performance, payroll, and benefits analyses to identify opportunities to improve organization's people-related operations
  5. Maintaining staff performance expectations documentation and coordinating ongoing review processes
  6. Identifying and coordinating professional development and training curriculum for management and staff
  7. Defining and coordinating connectivity events for management and staff
  8. Developing and maintaining people operations documentation and communications/informational materials

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting HR/HCM processes for a professional services organization
  • A 4 year degree in Business Administration or Human Capital Related Discipline is desired but not required for the right candidate
  • Highly focused on getting details right and maintaining very high levels of quality/very low error rates
  • Self-motivated and highly passionate about creating and leading a high performing people operations capability
  • Excellent communications skills with focus on immediate response times
