Washington, DC | 06/21/2023 – Today Northramp was named, for the third year in a row, one of The Washington Post’s 2023 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

More than 6,500 area companies were invited to participate, a record high in the ten years of the program. The top companies were selected based on survey responses from more than 147,000 employees on topics ranging from employee development to innovation.
